capella is continuously under development and new features are introduced on a regular basis - even between the main version releases. With the subscription, you don't have to wait for the next major upgrade to get these new features.
Furthermore, the subscription is very practical when you need a music notation software for a limited time only.
Yes, of course we provide bugfixes and patches for our current program versions, free of charge.
Currently, only capella is available as a subscription. We plan to extend this option to our other programs in the near future.
You will find your individual offer in your customer account. Please log into your account.
Yes, generally speaking, an Internet connection is required.
It is possible to start capella subscription even when you are not connected, however you will need to reconnect regularly.
You can use our software on two devices, provided that you are the only user and that it is for private use only. If you want to connect a third device, you will have to deregister one previously used device first.
Your scores will remain, you can still open your files, listen to your music and print out your scores with the free capella reader or the capella score reader app.
You can pay for your subscription via credit card.
Depending on your subscription, you will be charged once per month or once per year.
In this case we will suspend your subscription and send you an e-mail. Log into your account and update your credit card data.
You can cancel your subscription 14 days before the next payment. Please beware the three months minimum subscription period when choosing the monthly subscription.
