Graphic pages

Graphic pages are special pages without any notes. You can use them to create cover pages, pages with pictures and lyrics or blank pages for turning. Also new: Instead of just one anchor point available per page, you can now choose between nine anchor points.

These changes make it much easier to create a songbook or method book without additional software.

Voice extractions

In just a few steps, all part and voice extractions for your score are created simultaneously. Automatic formatting is also possible.

The power of 64-bit

Some of the changes are not visible right away. The fact that capella now runs on 64-bit does not really show to the naked eye. Sound tuning

capella-tune takes care of all sound configurations when your song is played back to you. How forte is forte? How should the trill sound? How does a historical pitch sound? Try it out yourself - while the song is playing!

Collision detection

Quickly resolve note collisions between staves:

The beam reaching from the lower staff into the upper staff is not a good look. capella automatically detects these kind of collisions and adds a warning triangle. Just click on it and capella increases the space in between staves to solve this issue.
